Can someone tell me if your cumulative GPA for college includes your freshman year?
oh, and if they look at it, unweighted or weighted (like the extra point for honors/ap classes?)

yes it includes frshman year… and they usually prefer to just look at unweighted but some will look at weighted after that

only 10th & 11th grade count for your weighted gpa but they still look at every semester grade from 9th all the way through 12th.
like, even if you have already gotten accepted & you get a D senior year, they can still revoke your admission

most colleges count your unweight GPA in sophomore and junior year

it does count, especially your freshman year… at least your semester grades.

UC’s will use your sophomore/junior gpa weighted i believe.. privates will look at pretty much everything

kingoftheaeroplane answered:
it doesn’t include freshman GPA, and certain colleges don’t weigh it, but most do :)

waynesays answered:
it all depends on the school you’re looking at. some might look at everything as a whole, or look to see if you’re progressing, etc.
